People who help us
Police visit

Our theme for February was people who help us. We looked at all the people in our lives and communities who help us every day. We discussed doctors and nurses, vets and paramedics. We also talked about how our friends and families are there to help us if we need it.

On the 26th of February we received a visit from a special constable called Paul. Paul is also Alfie's Daddy.

Here's Paul in his police uniform

Sam tries on Paul's hat and holds the truncheon

Seren and Becks also enjoy trying on Pauls hat
Paul shows the pre-school his radio that he uses when he is at work

Carrie-Ann takes a closer look at the radio
The pre-school all really enjoyed their visit from Paul and learned a lot about what the daily job of a policeman involves.

We would like to say a big thank you to Paul for taking the time to come and talk to us and show us some of his equipment.
